This machine is mainly used for drawing diameter 2.3mm-3.5mm round copper wire, which can be either hard or continous annealed. Its drawing capstans are of step-cone type, whose base body is mid-carbon steel, coated with tungsten carbide. The structure of the whole machine is simple, easy for maintenance.
The main components of the machine are:uncoiler, drawing machine, continuous annealer, wire accumulator, wire pointer, double spooler and down coiler etc., which can be combined each other in accordance with customer's requirement.
